After 1 year of work, the famous restaurant Umayya is back with a new concept. An aesthetic change led by the talented interior designer Sophia Sebti, but also a culinary change with the Israeli chef Shahaf Shabtay who has worked in Paris, Dubai, New York and Shanghai. The colors of the restaurant are soft and sweet and accompany you on the journey you will make in the Levantine cuisine. Many breads of the region such as bagels with serum, khachapurin, challah or pita, are proposed to you and are to taste. The menu offers a vast choice and is very successful.
