After 1 year of work, the famous restaurant Umayya is back with a new concept. An aesthetic change led by the talented interior designer Sophia Sebti, but also a culinary change with the Israeli chef Shahaf Shabtay who has worked in Paris, Dubai, New York and Shanghai. The colors of the restaurant are soft and sweet and accompany you on the journey you will make in the Levantine cuisine.
