Where to play football in Casablanca?

When you arrive in a new city or country, sport is one of the quickest ways to socialise.

Morocco being a land of football, we had to draw up a list of places to play football in Casablanca.
The most common are the 5v5 or 7v7 pitches. There are not really any pitches where you can play for free, like you would find in Europe. You can of course play on the beach, where many enthusiasts gather in the late afternoon to play in the sand.
We also discovered that players can hire goalies. If there are 8 of you and you don’t want to rotate in the goal you can just rent 2 goalies for 100 dh/goalie. You can find people on site or ask for contacts in the establishments.

If you are not enough to play on the day because your 10th man has another urgent appointment at work. Don’t panic. There are often players in the sports complex looking for undermanned groups to fill in.

The football pitches are in demand so get there early to book your spot and be safe.

Atlantique Football

If I had to recommend one place to go and play in Casablanca it’s Atlantic Football in El Hank.
You will play on the waterfront with a magnificent view on the ocean and the Hassan II Mosque. We recommend you to play in the late afternoon to catch the sunset and see the mosque lit up.
They have 2 5v5 pitches at 350dh/hr and 4 7v7 pitches at 700dh/hr evenings and weekends.

Oasis Sports City

The Oasis complex is located, as the name suggests, in the Oasis district, not far from the railway station. You can play basketball, padel and of course football.
13 pitches of 5v5 at 500dh/h

3 pitches of 7v7 at 700dh/h

11v11 at 1200dh/h

Note that you will pay less if you go between 9am and 5pm during the week.

Ginga

The Ginga pitches are right next to the Mohammed 5 football stadium, they have a total of 14 pitches. The pitches are good, but the location is not the most convenient for parking, especially in the early evening. And it should be noted that the place is closed on Raja or Wydad match days.

The pitches are rented by the hour. The 5v5 are 400dh (8 are available), the 6v6 are 500dh (2 courts), the 7v7 are 700 dh (3 courts) and the only 11v11 court is 1200 dh/h.

Green Sport Park

For our friends located in Bouskoura, you can go and play in this complex opened last year which is close to the fiat house.

You will find football pitches, padel courts, a fitness room, a basketball court for hire. They have 6 5v5 pitches available at 500dh/hour and 3 7v7 pitches at 700 dh per hour.
