How to verify your account ? 

Once you have received your verification code via email, click on your pseudo, then on "Dashboard" and you will be asked your verification code. 

How to delete your account ? 

To delete your account, click on your pseudo, then on "Account Details" and "Delete Account".
The deletion of the account is final: once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover it.

What to do when my account has been blocked ?

Failure to comply with our rules will result in your account being automatically blocked. Here are some examples of how an account can be blocked
- having two or more accounts to post on That Housing
- sending offensive messages to other users
- sending commercial messages via private messaging to other Thatspot members
- sending spam via private messaging

If you think the blocking of your account is a mistake, please send us a message via the 'Contact Us' tab.

How can I update my establishment's listing ?

If you wish to make a change to a listing or report an error, please use the "report" button on the establishment’s page.

How to add images to my listing ?

If you wish to add images to the description of your establishment, please write to us via "contact us".

Why isn't my event/deal already online ?

We receive a large number of submissions for events and deals every day. It takes between 3 and 5 working days to process each of these submissions, so it is important to anticipate and take this into account to ensure that your event or deal appears on the site in good time.

It is important to note that we review each submission and reserve the right not to list events or deals submitted that do not meet our users' expectations. You will receive a private message confirming the publication (or refusal of publication) of your listing. In order to avoid slowing down the processing of submissions, please do not resubmit a listing that has already been submitted. Furthermore, for the sake of efficiency, we endeavour to process listings in the order of the requested publication date. Therefore, if your submission concerns an event or deal that is far removed in time, it may take longer to process it.

Why doesn't my event description match the one I wrote ?

For the sake of consistency and to maintain our editorial quality, we reserve the right to rewrite promotional texts for events and deals. In addition, in order to maintain our objectivity, which is essential for our readers, we avoid all turns of phrase using superlatives. We therefore encourage you to be factual in the description of your events and deals.

I posted a small ad but I don't see it online.

All ads must be approved by the administrators before they appear on the site. This may take a few hours during the week, and a bit longer at weekends/holidays.

 

How can I modify my small ad ?

It is not possible to modify small ads. You would have to deleted that ad and post another one.

What are agency accounts ?

Agency accounts are professional accounts that allow you to post several housing ads per week, unlike the classic account which allows one Housing ad per month.

Here are the different offers:
- Premium : 4 ads per months
- Gold : 12 ads per months
- Platinum : 25 ads per months
